And also because with a Clinton and Obama ticket you are almost 100% certain to get quality, affordable universal health care very soon.

As much as 30% of Obama's primary, and caucus votes are Republicans trying to choose the weakest democratic candidate for McCain to run against. These Republicans have been gaming the caucuses where it is easier to vote cheat. This is why Obama has not been able to win the BIG! states primaries. Even with Republican vote cheating help.
Hillary Clinton has been out manned, out gunned, and out spent 2 and 3 to 1. Yet Obama has only been able to manage a very tenuous, and questionable tie with Hillary Clinton.
If Obama is the democratic nominee for the national election in November he will be slaughtered. Because the Republican vote cheating help will suddenly evaporate. All of this vote fraud and republican manipulation has made Obama falsely look like a much stronger candidate than he really is. YOUNG PEOPLE. DON

’s offer as running mate. Such an act now would for ever seal Barack Obama’s place at the top of the list of Americas all time great leaders, and unifiers for all of history.
The democratic party, and the super-delegates have a decision to make. Are the democrats, and the democratic party going to choose the DEMOCRATIC party nominee to fight for the American people. Or are the republicans going to choose the DEMOCRATIC party nominee through vote fraud, and gaming the DEMOCRATIC party primaries, and caucuses.

Well, that's certainly the opinion of the writer that you quoted, and he's welcome to it. One needs only to look at the WASTE that "King Phi" and "Queen Andrea" have heaped upon the taxpayers of the state of Tennessee in their upgrades of the Governors mansion, the building of the "party bunker" in the front yard of the mansion, and the controversy of missing funds from the state highway fund to think of him as a "pragmatist."
Anything Bredesen has to say should be taken with a grain of salt. A large grain. It'll help to cover the bitter taste.
The Democrats are imploding. A building can not stand on a corrupt foundation, and at the core of the Democratic Party today there is much corruption to be found.

There are few Democrat leaders today that have any solid foundation, if any. Most live in shifting sands, shifting quick sands in which their house keeps sinking.
What Conservatism has going for it, is the refusal to be a fad and instead build and stand steady on the Rock of Salvation. Even McCain, though not conservative enough for most, still stands for certain morals and virtues, even if he's made some mistakes. He stands with pro-life, fiscal responsibility, strong military. I'd like to see him get more outspoken on stronger traditional family values and the need for men/boys to grow up with stronger discipline and moral responsibility.
The liberal education agenda in sex and knowledge is a complete disaster.

Election fraud should be a concern for both parties. I also suggest that any public figure, using their influence to incite others to do just that should be held accountable in a court of law. further, I do believe this would be considered a federal violation. Is there not a single honest prosecutor or a group of them , any where,who is willing to stand up for the Law and bring Rush Limbaugh , and any other public figure who counselled same, to face the full force of the law? Are all elected prosecutors, under the political thumb? Can the American people not also bring a possible suit against Rush Limbaugh and the radio stations that air his show, and anyone else who publicly counselled this action.who knows it's even possible that Rush Limbaugh might face some serious consequences for his encouraging his Ohio listeners to "pimp their vote" and commit the felony of election falsification. Just because they won't get prosecuted unless they confess (and probably not even then) doesn't make it legal.
Rush wasn't the first to offer this as something to be done, I believe, and Susan will correct if I am wrong, that Kos was the first to suggest this tactic.
I believe you're correct Mike--it was a KOS tactic that rebounded on them big time.
Further, starfish, just because someone says do it or wouldn't it be funny or whatever--does NOT make it a prosecutable crime. Believe it or not, people are individuals with wills of their own to do or not do as their conscience guides them and they don't need exhortation by anyone or anything--public commentator or media outlet.
That's the problem with the liberal mind-think--y'all tend to wish people didn't have minds of their own and act of their own volition, y'all believe their mindless automatons doing whatever their programmers tell them to.
Time to grow up and realize not everything is a crime and if we want to go to vote fraud all we have to do is reference the TRUE story of how Gore forced the Florida Secretary of State to violate Florida's constitution to give him the vote count, and how that was actually what put the 2000 vote before the Supreme Court. Go research facts and start thinking for yourself instead of following what people tell you to do blindly, like a lemming.

Just listened to Rush and heard one caller berating Rush because he believes that Clinton/Obama will emerge from the dems' fight and that they will destroy McCain.
Rush agreed with him that they would destroy McCain but denied any responsibility for this as he had "nothing to do with running McCain. "
Strange that even Rush thinks a Clinton/Obama ticket would win.
