Obama is clearly not an evil person, and if you take of the partisan blinders for a few seconds, you can't help but being a little impressed by his presence and intelligence.
That said, there's no question that his political beliefs are completely misguided, on the wrong side, and it would be a catastrophe were he elected with a Democrat-controlled House and Senate... not for the Republican party, but for the country.

Also, there's no doubt he's not a Muslim at this point, and when any of us infer it (the Jihad comment), we look like fools.

We don't have to make statements like that to get our point across... McCain is clearly one of the greatest Americans in our history, and Obama isn't even in the conversation when talking about great American patriots, let's face it. We don't need to point out the obvious with stupid comments like that which reflect poorly upon us as conservatives, and even reflect poorly on Susan's fantastic blog.

My 2 cents, and maybe that's all it's worth...
