Democrats are just tired of being on the receiving end of lies and smears, and losing elections because they didn't fight back forcefully enough. I'm glad to see that Obama isn't going to lie down like Gore and Kerry, letting the other side fling mud without retaliating.
The only reason that Dubya "won" those elections is because the Democrats let the Republican attack machine define their candidates, and the corporate media was too lazy to do their jobs and debunk the falsehoods. So Gore was painted as a "serial exaggerator", and Kerry's military service record was besmirched by political hacks and chickenhawks.
Good on Obama for taking a pro-active approach against the right-wing echo chamber.
Boy are you out of touch with reality! Kerry has yet to release his service record as he promised and Gore is STILL exaggerating and promoting falsehood under his scare tactics of global warming, even though he's been shown to be a fraud. Maybe when you have something real to say, we might listen. Until then, quit drinking the koolaid, get a cold compress and get some reality injections.
Bring it on Obamarama. People well see what you really are.

I am also from Chicago. One gets to know BS when he sees it. As we have seen, Mr. Obama talks big but when it comes time for debate (knife fight), he begs out. No guts no glory.
There's NO need for the Republicans to DEFINE Obama! He's done that all by himself - as a TOTAL BLATHERING IDIOT! WAKE UP America, we are fighting for our very very existence as a nation in the upcoming election!!
