Just visiting this blog gives enough evidence as to why Hillary would be a bad VP choice. Too much hatred towards her on the Right. Better for Obama to have the Right be a bit less motivated. He could pick up the women's vote with Kathleen Sebelius, an extremely popular Governor from a red state who would amplify Obama's message of change rather than neuter it. He'd need Anthony Zinni or Wes Clark supporting him to counter the Foreign Policy attacks. Or he could go with Jim Webb and have a ready-made FP attack dog to neuter McSame. Either would be a lot better for him than Hillary.
In my opinion, I think Obama should pick Senator Hagel from Nebraska. I think it would be a smart choice and really complement his change platform. It would bring a republican on board who is against the war, against most of bush's policies and he has a good amount of foreign policy experience which could ease concerns about Obama's "in experience". Senator Hagel serves on the NATO Observer Group and is a member of the Foreign Relations committe in the Senate.
In the end this would be my "dream" ticket.
Hillary needs to go back to school and work on her math skills. When she does she needs to ride the "special bus" and I wish her all the best and would even get her a Scooby Doo lunch box with some chocolate milk in it for her enjoyment.
