Well if this man is really Jesus Christ then he has done no wrong and no one has a right to arrest the son of God. But if he is a false prophet then he might be the devil's henchman and in that case if he is arrested Satan well rescue him. But if he is just plain crazy then he will get out of it anyway. Either way it looks as if he will get away with it.

This sets a pattern for government and religious freedom. The latest two cult attacks from the government are tests. government wants to see what the American people will tolerate. Interestingly, you don't hear of Muslims being arrested for underage marriage (from 9 years on) or about the sexual mutilation of girls--so we see the attack on Christians--although cults or quasi-christian--increasing. Remember when the Branch Davidians were burned alive? Even though they had no food and water, and had to come out eventually, Reno didn't wait and brought in tanks against children and women. All Americans need to stand up for rule of law and say this can continue when there is EVIDENCE of crime. In what other situation has government taken children in mass from a group. Find the offenders, prosecute them!

I worry more about cult attacks on children. People like you sicken me where you would rather leave children in any environment where allegations have been made to let them be abused more.
The rule of LAW, whether you like it or not, demands that when sexual abuse allegations or any abuse allegations are made, the children are removed for a THEIR SAFETY, until the investigations can be completed.
Considering that 31 out of 53 CHILDREN were pregnant of already had babies, and that there is evidence uncovered that boys were also sexually abused at the FLDS compound as well as 10% of the children having broken bones, which is far higher than the national average....the Government clearly did the right thing.
Get over your anti-government freakfest and start thinking of the abused children for a change.

Really? are we still in the age of being so ignorant when it comes to religion? Religion for many thousands of years has done nothing but put fear in people of going to hell for control over the masses...so while the church officials are scaring everyone they have their hands out for money...I talk about every church including the accepted ones such as catholic ect...Religion is man made not the word of God...To claim you are Jesus Christ is ridiculous ...it is sad to see the false Word of God being used to manipulate people who do not know how to take control of their own lives...if you really want to get down to the nitty gritty of spirituality ...try reading the secret...try watching the movie...WHAT THE BLEEP DO WE KNOW...try reading some books on Doreen Virtue international angel reader ...then maybe people will start seeing that your thoughts make your experience...we have control of what happens in our lives and control how we deal with the challenges we face. our whole goal on this planet is to learn and grow..all these cults and churches do is cloud the divine knowledge we are all born with ...they tell them its evil ...until then these religions will always spew the negativity of hell and thats what they bring to their lives...I pray that those brainwashed by false religions see the light soon only then will they be free and realize God is not a god full of anger but one that wants to give you everything you deserve and desire as a child of God...ok stepping off my spiritual soap box
many blessings

Sadie, while I respect many people's individual belief systems, I find comfort in my Catholic faith--I've tried everything else out there and find Catholicism the best fit. It may not be for you and that's fine--but don't paint all faiths with the same broad brush. I happen to have had wonderful priests and nuns in my life who taught me about God's love, not this anger.
Please don't insult me for knowing my God of love in my way or making assumptions based on your own individual point of view.
Susan and I, for example, are technically wildly divergent in our views--I am traditionalist Catholic and she is Jewish--yet I have the utmost respect for her views (and feel she does of mine as well) and we are able to interact without judgment on each other, and interact well.
My main blind spot happens to be islam and that is from education. Otherwise, I expect my views to be respected as I am willing to respect. Generalizations are not at all helpful.
