Yes he is afraid of the foreign press - and rightly so. Unlike the US media who drool every time there is an Obama sighting, I imagine the foreign press feels no compunction to only write fluff pieces about him.

Foreign press - I hope~! - would ask Obama the tough questions and not be distracted by his "sweetie" comments from getting answers.
