I am a soldier in the U.S. Army. I served for a year in Iraq. Senator Reid, where are these "thousands" of soldiers who oppose the war? I didn't meet them in uniform. I submit, Senator Reid, that they are a product of your putrid imagination -- phantom, phony soldiers indeed.
Senator Reid, the thing about this war that frustrates us soldiers more than anything else are the intentional, malicious and subversive efforts by you and your cronies to undercut our mission. You, Senator Reid, are a far more virulent enemy of the United States than anything we have confronted in Iraq. We can deal directly with the enemies we face in combat. Excuse me while I quit my job to collect fact in an effort to refute something you have said that you also cannot prove. It is very easy to make grandiose pronouncements and not so easy to back them up. I at least provided a link to a group of Vets who oppose the war; you have only made reference to the VFW as though every single person in it is "on your side". One is tempted to think that you just want to start a micturation contest (a dangerous undertaking for a girl, I would think).

Appeal for Courage, all active military...FACT three, all in support of the mission...FACT four.
Vets for Freedom, over 7,000 IRAQ AND AFGHANISTAN veterans...FACT five...all in support of the troops and their mission...FACT six.
Try sticking to the facts Mark, they might not be convenient for you but we have done our research into EACH of the organizations at legnth. Just because you are too lazy to do your own research does not change the FACTS.
Either produce those types of numbers to meet the challenge or admit you cannot.

The Democratic leadership and their minions have lost their collective minds. The very thing they are accusing Rush of doing they have been doing a millions fold. How do we know BECAUSE of Rush. He informs us of just who the enemy is -- using their own words. How stupid do the democrats think the AMERICAN people are ??? Oh, that's right they would rather we just get a one sided view - theirs. How free is that?? May they not be allowed to bring down this GREAT country. Which was made great and continues to be great because of our BRAVE soldiers.
They obviously think we are very stupid and cannot look at the whole transcript ourselves past the point where Media Matters conveniently cut it off and see that Rush made a point of referring back to his previous conversation and deliberately mentioned Macbeth by name.

Not sure if the readers are aware that the only republican (so far) to criticize Rush over this flap is Sen.Norm Coleman 'Limbaugh Critic Argues Against Fairness Doctrine -- 10/05/2007. I was so upset I shot him an email Norm Coleman - United States Senator - Minnesota 'respectfully' blasting him. Had to read the article twice. I just could not believe my eyes. If the bloggers agree maybe he needs to hear from more of us.
