It always amazes me that the group calling themselves both religeous and right are neither. The chuch is a group of people dedicated to a set of rules that make you who you are. The first rule in that set , for christians, is always Thou Shalt Not Kill. Not "except when you are afraid", or "except when the enemy is the axis of evil" Just "thou shalt not kill" Simply.
You all betray the fist rule that defines you as a group when you support war. Any War. Lets not even get into one against a people who did not attack us on 9/11, an antagonists war. I am not a churchgoer, but I hope to never kill anyone, lest God does not allow me into Heaven. I would wish the same for others. So many christians preach Jesus, but I think if Jesus were alive today, he'd be labeled a hippie coward or a traitor.
Just my opinion.
Thanks for your time, and I echo your respect and thanks to the soldiers who protect us, lets not endanger them by sending them anywhere without proper reason.(and if removal of saddam is given as your reason, then why arent we helping Darfur, where similar atrocities are currently under way?)

John Ryan, I do believe that Saddam needed to be removed.. one, he sponsored terrorism, two he committed Genocide on his people, three whether he had WMD's or not, there has never been anyone that doubted that he would obtain them.
There were also 20 OTHER reasons in the joint resolution that authorized military action in Iraq.
Darfur? I FIRMLY believe we, and the whole international community, SHOULD help there.
For the record, I am not religious, I AM Jewish but I do not practice any religion, I simply am what I am and proud of it.
