Raise the Import Teriff on all goods shipped into the United States. Use the money raised from this import tax to pay for better inspection of imported goods to protect us from Lead-Based Paint, Mad Cow Disease, Ecoli-tainted vegetables, etc as well as to increase the number of agents operating in the TSA, Border Patrol, and Immigration Departments.
I WANT TO MAKE A STATEMENT WHY ARE WE AS AMERICANS ARE BEING FORCE TO LEARN SPANISH AND ALL ABOUT THEIR CULTURE. CHILDREN ARE FORCED TO LEARN SPANISH. WHY DONT WE LEARN GERMAN OR EVEN CHINESE.AND WHY NOT HAVE MONTHS DEDICATED TO OTHER CULTURES. IT SEEMS TO ME THAT MEXICANS DONT WANT TO BE AMERICANS THEY WANT TO BE MEXICAN AMERICANS. OTHER IMMIRGRANTS LEARN AND SPEAK ENGLISH THEY ALSO LEARN TO BLEND INTO OUR COUNTRY BLENDING INTO OUR CULTURE
We as americans are not being forced to speak spanish. Every one has there own decisions to make no one forces them. I don't understand why german or chinese needs to be taught. Not only do mexicans try to blend into our cultures. or country but so do many other races do as well.
well I dont know what part of the country YOU live in, G, but here in REALITY and in Texas they arent many other choices of language classes in most school. Spanish is always the priority. and most of the signage all over houston is english and Spanish. who not chinese? tagalog? etc? because this government caters to uneducated spanish speaking peoples and thats a bunch of crap. my wife is from the Philippines and although they have pride in who they are and where they come from they know english long before they come to the US. and they, my friend, are all over the world! how many mexicans are in the middle east? or africa? or europe? yeah exactly so next time I hear somebody yelling about how "hard" mexicans work, im yelling back, "you dont hold a candle to filipinos!" LEARN ENGLISH and contribute to our society; not to its downfall.we got enough criminals of our own here.
I come from a country where we learn how to have freedom? Spanish is the main language that is being taught to every child across the US? WHY? Like you say why not chinese. german, etc. What does language have to do with mexicans coming to our country. We're all the same Phillipinos, Mexicans, Chinese. etc. We all bleed the same color. What the problem with them coming to our country!
Mexico is not the only one country who speaks Spanish.
