Maybe those briefings are proving to be eye openers for the Prez-Elect. Maybe it is a whole lot easier for us to be armchair quarterbacks than to actually be sitting in the big seat trying to protect the country from terrorists post 9/11. You gotta wonder if some those briefings that take place do not change a mans mind.

The Guantanamo Bay prison is an abomination, a black eye for the American people. We never should have allowed such a place to open. It should be closed immediately!
YES, JD, you're right. We should NEVER have opened a facility that FORCES captured enemy combatants to do things like play baseball, gives them free copies of the Koran and their own brand new prayer rug, and feeds them three squares a day when there are people in our own country who aren't even getting that.

I agree we should have drug them out into the streets and got the information out of them ourselves! Just the way they are allowed to do it in their own countries to 13 year old girls! JD you do not get sarcasm so I will tell ya straight....no one was mistreated at Guantanamo...in fact they get better treatment than the average American.....the barbarians are the terrorists and Islamic countries .....they drag even women and children into the streets and abuse them. Get a clue.
