Gravatar "Can someone please introduce a bill that makes "legislative neglect" a crime?"

Ron Paul tried the last two years:

Gravatar We need Ron Paul in Michigan. These politicans are out of control in their zeal to control our lives. Michigan is in terrible shape and getting worse, and all they can think up to do is promise more roadwork to "stimulate" the economy. Granholm actually said once (paraphrase) that every orange barrel represents another state employee hard at work to improve Michigan. Ugh! They passed a service tax that would have been the death blow to an already sick patient, but it was quickly repealed when because of public outrage.

Gravatar Aren't you going to the one-party-no-choice system?

All that talk about "control", but not much about what is right for the people. They better hurry - their union toadies are becoming extinct.

Gravatar This has been all over the news here in Michigan. What a joke the Democrats in our state are becoming. From Kwame to Granholm the only way to keep their power is to do this kind of junk. To give you a clue how fed up people are in Michigan, McCain is running close to even in this VERY blue state. The fact that even "The Messiah" can't keep it a Democrat state is telling. If they end up with this plan, I can only imagine the dark cloud that will form over the Great Lake State.

Gravatar I was guilty, for the school never having seen my child, until proven innocent, when he was paraded/interviewed in the presence of a police officer.

Storms are gathering.

Gravatar If you can tell your story, I'd love to hear more. I've heard of other parents whose children have been questioned without permission and I'm told it is acceptable. But I've never talked to anyone who actually experienced it.

Gravatar Spunky, I assume you are speaking to me. Can I tell my story? haha What a kidder you are! Here we all are posting all over your blog about free speech. Of course I can tell my story. The real question is, will you ever be able to get me to stop or get to the point

It.is.never.acceptable.

Gravatar I agree it is never acceptable, what I meant is that the schools feel it is acceptable, not me.

And when I said "if you can tell your story" I meant if it was wise at this point to tell it here. Some people are going through various stages of litigation on such issues and often it is not prudent to talk about it as it is happening, preferring to wait until all is clear. Since I don't know you I didn't want to assume to much.

Gravatar Excellent, excellent points.
