It's one of the reasons I hate Green peace.
The other is the way that they come up with a crap claim & when it's shot down, just go off on another tangent!!!
Remember Brent Spar!
Still moored in some Norwegan fiord, cos' the Greenpeace lot claimed it would contaminate the Atlantic if it was deep sixed.
Well think back to the battle of the Atlantic, thousands of tons of shipping, plus German U-Boats sunk. So how much of the oil come ashore!
Everytime, oil is found on the beaches it's tested. NONE, can be atributed to these ships who probably contributed to the biggest & longest lasting oil spill ever.

Reading this account made my day. It's been a long time coming, but it's finally here. Decent, reasonable people have had enough of these clowns and are now rightfully 'showing them the door'.
BTW: anyone know where I can get a "Sod Off Swampy" tee-shirt?

Regarding the oil spills, the biggest human induced disaster by a large margin was a certain Mr S. Hussein, who dumped a fair load into the Gulf, deliberately, in addition to setting fire to much more of the stuff and putting into the atmosphere. I just wonder who Greenpeace were supporting in the conflict to remove him from power ?
These guys aren't so hot over "direct action" now.

If you're really that interested, here's an RSS feed for the latest comments to this blog. Never miss another pointless argument.
Of course comments are moderated, in a common-sense sort of a way. You don't have to give your email address to post here.
If you know your HTML, you can use <a>, <b>, and <i> tags, and entities, too. If you don't, you can still use them, but with a greater sense of trepidation.
Cheers.
