Utterly bizarre: did you get Instalanched or summat?
I strongly recommend Mythic Beasts, if you can bear handing over your hosting money to notorious communist Chris Lightfoot.

I've found 1&1 utterly reliable for a couple of years now, although they do have an annoying habit - like many web hosts - of renewing your hosting at the end of 12 months without giving you a choice, let alone a warning. The sods. But their service has been utterly reliable.

Communists accept money in exchange for goods and services? I really should keep up with the news.
Seriously, though, Chris is clearly a man who knows what he's doing around a computer, so I shall check that. I had no idea he offered hosting. Thanks, John.
1&1's annoying habit is exactly the opposite of my current problem. Renewal I don't mind.
My hosts had been utterly brilliant till today. Now they're shite. Funny old world. Judging by their user support forums, I'm not the only customer who thinks they've gone downhill.

That was their renewal process, apparently. Their renewal process? Aaaaaaaaaarrrgggh! This I shall blog about. Very shortly.

If you're really that interested, here's an RSS feed for the latest comments to this blog. Never miss another pointless argument.
Of course comments are moderated, in a common-sense sort of a way. You don't have to give your email address to post here.
If you know your HTML, you can use <a>, <b>, and <i> tags, and entities, too. If you don't, you can still use them, but with a greater sense of trepidation.
Cheers.
