What?

I had a similar (i.e. not so indepth) conversation with a student earlier about the same thing.
Al Qaeda aren't going to succeed until we're all dead.
Which is just fucking ridiculous. How can I be scared of people whose vision of reality is so far removed from logic?
(There my conversation with the student ended.)
Let's play the game the Mekon hates now, and draw some parallels - How can I vote for people whose vision of reality is so far removed from logic?
I think I was about 8 when I clocked that Big Ian was a madman.
Gerry's a murdering bastard, but he's not thick. At the risk of starting a pointless argument, I might also add that I have respect for the way he handles the politics.

Oh, absolutely, yes. From a purely pragmatic point of view, Adams is brilliant: you can't deny that he knows how to get what he wants against great odds and is a propaganda genius. At the risk of starting a different pointless argument, the only politician clever enough to give Adams a hard time appears to be Bush.

Hmmm. Dunno about clever...
But he is a straight talking Texan, so p'raps thats why Gerry's charm fails on him.

If you're really that interested, here's an RSS feed for the latest comments to this blog. Never miss another pointless argument.

Of course comments are moderated, in a common-sense sort of a way. You don't have to give your email address to post here.

If you know your HTML, you can use <a>, <b>, and <i> tags, and entities, too. If you don't, you can still use them, but with a greater sense of trepidation.

Cheers.
