Well, I'm sorry to have to contradict you, but countries do indeed have control rooms. Of course, they're nowhere near the PM or any of the other useful idiots. They're buried deep underground, quite close to each other, so that the Illuminati can easily walk from one t'other, depending on the nefarious plan of the day.
I think David Icke has seen them.
