That's almost as funny as the recent Kos-Hutton spat.
It reminds me of a story Billy Connolly once told about some tourists who visited Glasgow.
"What was it like?" their friends asked, when they got back home.
"It's amazing. The whole city's covered by a glass roof."
They'd spent the whole time in Central Station.
I hope you give the stepfather all the ridicule he deserves.

No, it's step-grandfather. And we won't be ridiculing him, because our bit of the family avoid having anything to do with him these days, for reasons I shall not go into. Oo, the intrigue.
If it weren't for yesterday's ridiculous events, I would be sceptical of the truth of that Billy Connolly story. But some people clearly are that navigationally challenged.

Oops, missed that bit.
But if he's a step-grandfather, then isn't he someone's step-father as well? Or is he the father of a step-father (or, perhaps step-mother)?

Well, yes, I suppose he is a step-father. Just not to anyone in this story.

The poor girl. I think you should take her to Glasgow to make up for it, and get a good feed on while you're at it.

If you're really that interested, here's an RSS feed for the latest comments to this blog. Never miss another pointless argument.
Of course comments are moderated, in a common-sense sort of a way. You don't have to give your email address to post here.
If you know your HTML, you can use <a>, <b>, and <i> tags, and entities, too. If you don't, you can still use them, but with a greater sense of trepidation.
Cheers.
