Look, Monty is merely telling you, in the only way he knows how, that the sofa just doesn't go with the wallpaper. If he could drive you over to Ikea himself, he bloody would. But he can't, so he is reduced to these vulgar measures. It probably embarrases him to have to do so. If you're going to go to all the trouble of setting up a home for him to live in, then at least get the decor right, that's what he is saying.
Now a cat...a cat would not be so polite, it would simply scratch and claw the sofa to pieces and turn around and fart in your face, a truly nauseous experience.

Of course comments are moderated, in a common-sense sort of a way. You don't have to give your email address to post here.
If you know your HTML, you can use <a>, <b>, and <i> tags, and entities, too. If you don't, you can still use them, but with a greater sense of trepidation.
