What?

Never use DHL. If they do actually manage to deliver something, it'll invariably be smashed to pieces.

I wouldn't recommend DHL to my worst enemy.

Ha ha! Well done!

Sometimes it's the small victories that are the sweetest...

Beautiful.

Is it just me or are us Britons getting less and less inclined to sit around silently grousing about this sort of nonsense? Twenty years it would be all, "mustn't grumble,'" and, "I do hate to make a scene." Nowadays I'm much more inclined to go ballistic.

OMG I sooo feel you! I will never use DHL again, they broke some very valuable
items of mine and didnt even care.. anyway best advice I can give is to use a local company.. Im from Michigan and have found a great small courier service company to handle all my delivery needs.. i think when the company is smaller they still know whats most important customer service and our needs..anyway look into a local company and they will probably treat you better

If you're really that interested, here's an RSS feed for the latest comments to this blog. Never miss another pointless argument.

Of course comments are moderated, in a common-sense sort of a way. You don't have to give your email address to post here.

If you know your HTML, you can use <a>, <b>, and <i> tags, and entities, too. If you don't, you can still use them, but with a greater sense of trepidation.

Cheers.
