It sounds like Hip-Hop Harry, a very white (as in Celine Dion white) guy who dresses up like a bear and does, well, what you'd expect to hear Celine Dion do if she did hip-hop. Though I expect the lyrics would be Ohhhhhh, oh eggplaaaaaaant! And yeeeeeet, I like zucchiiiiiiiiiiini! over here.
A whole generation will be traumatized by this show.
