Glad to see more research coming out on this. Last fall my company put together four short online learning modules (3 - 6 mins each) on why change is so difficult and what can be done to bring it about easier.

Great post, Skip. My way of phrasing is that people like change just fine if they have some say in what changes and when and understand why. What they don't like is having change done TO them.
