How is this book different from your previous book "Six Disciplines"? Does this book focus just on how to get things done?

I've read Bossidy/Charan's Execution, but found it to be more for the large fortune 500 company, and I am looking for a book for a small business, mostly on how to improve my ability to get things done.

Is this book just for companies that are already good and want to reach for excellent, or can the start-up business (or struggling business, and sole entreprenuer) benefit from this also?

Gravatar So true! About half way through the post I was thinking "oh come on- people know their business- they know what their biggest problem is!" and then you finished it with executing strategy.

Exactly.
