Bob
interesting idea. How is the turbine working without blades?

I believe it uses discs like a tesla turbine.

Mark and Steve
The slotted disc replaces the bladed discs in a turbine. It has nothing to do with the Tesla turbine concept.

Howzit mate
How much steam is needed to run the turbine at full generation?

Depends on the load presented to the alternator.

Curious, have you considered using the exhaust portion of an autmotive turbo charger, it's an idea I've been kicking around for a while, with the most serious limitation being the high rpm's such devices utilize. I'd be curious at how high an rpm you need to run with your design to get significant power

All I need is an economic working design – I like your design - hopefully it will work. Question: How do I get a copy of your design - as in blue prints? I would like to build and test it.

This turbine will work. from my work till now following the descriptiom,it looks it can get folks who are off-gric some home power.
let us watch to make it tuen a very low speed alternator so as to lessen care for the gen.

Anyone build one already ?
Wonder it it's really working and how much power one could generate with it ...

Hmm
There is a natural gas power station in our town which uses a gas turbine and a steam turbine. Could the auto turbo charger be mated with the slot turbine for an efficient unit ?

could this use the excess heat off a wood boiler to produce the steam needed to power the turbine?

If you could get the wood boiler to consistantly output pressurized steam, it's possible. Contact the inventor at nwwpa@yahoo.com

I have designed a heating system for a home or business that requires no oil, gas, solar, or wind power which produces electricity. Can you imagine no fuel bill ever!

not sure if its already mentioned, but this does need to be mentioned as i didnt see it in ur article, the turbin design ur calling a "diskless" turbine, is actually a Tesla turbine made by nikola tesla, he has a few patents on that turbine his family still owns
