Oh Steve I love your site, this is fantastic. And I love cast iron, and dutch ovens. LOL. The only thing I saw that I didn't like was an ad by target (over on the right) about a aluminum one, I hope no one buys that one. Not only is it aluminum which is bad for ones health, but they would warp in an outdoor fire. Sort of like the block on a vehicle.
