I just wish he would put a disclaimer under the pic were they are using PVC end cap as cylinders

The plans and engine are rubbish as are the claims of 24% efficiency, 500hp engines and 3 factories. I'm building one for a chap and it is HORRIBLE.
Nowhere is there any proper measurements of water rate and power output.
