That's hilarious - what if I deep fry some catfish and want to reuse the cooking oil. Wouldn't I also want to filter it to remove those delicious deep fryed cornbread bits? Would I be in violation of the zoning ordinance too?!

Just like the gov. flunkies. Pick someone who cannot afford to fight back and brow beat and threaten. Just remember them when they are trying to get you to vote for them at a futher date. Report them for the constitutional violations. Aren't we supposed to be secure in and on our property.
