The folks who need the work you're doing while you wait will be glad somebody did it. So much better to be doing something useful, even if it's something you're not used to doing and don't find much joy in. Hang in there and keep your head high.

Keep your chin up! Cardiology huh! I will be shadowing in the cardiac unit next month! I can't wait! Then hopefully, shadowing the ER in November!

I feel you'll be just fine. Sometimes you have to go through a bunch of shit, unfortunately. Every day is a learning experience.
