Hi Rae,

I agree that this is at least one of the central issues. I find myself almost daily explaining to someone that my life is not poorer or sadder because I use a wheelchair instead of walking. I loudly reject the assertion people make that they "wouldn't want to live like Terri--" on the grounds that they don't know what it's like.

PS I'm changing the my 3/25 link to just your main blog site. You might consider changing your blogger settings so that each post has its own "Page," so they can be linked to individually.
