I can't relate to people who seem to try on so many different religions. My Catholicism is so fundamentally ingrained in me, I don't think I could ever be anything else. I was a lapsed Catholic for a while, but I was never toying with joining another religion. It's hard for me to understand people of other faiths who don't have that deep connection to it.

My sister-in-law speaks condescendingly of being spiritual vs. being religious. She's not for rules and regs and commandments. Spirituality is so cool and sought after nowadays, while religiosity is frowned upon.

I think we need to reclaim the word and glory in its meaning. It means to bind again or to bind back, if I remember correctly. I seek to be reconnected to my God with all my heart. Yep, religion is definitely for me. Spirituality is a little too vague in its intent, unless I am missing something.
