WTF?????
Reading a book right now about the fallacy of his supposed "great leadership" during the 9/11 attacks.
He mastered the use of the media for portrayal purposes, since he failed to create an organization to deal with disaster plans.
They already had the blueprints for disaster (what could occur again) after the first WTC bombing and he failed to act.
Book title is:

He even o.k'ed (after the first WTC bombing) the incident command center for a catastophy to be placed on the 27th floor of the WTC B#7. Brilliant.

Giuliani is an ass. Anyone who would place his command center in a terrorist target can be fairly described as such; and that's without going into the actual circumstances of his tenure, which we here remember all too well. He divorced his wife via a press conference, for crying out loud.
