Gravatar Are these Innocent Pendleton 8 the same dudes who are guilty?

"A US navy medic has told a military court that he took part in the kidnapping of an Iraqi civilian who he said was later killed by seven US marines."

If so, I think I'll send my money to somebody else, thanks all the same.

Gravatar The "Innocent Pendleton 8" refers to the families, not the accused. Please pay attention.

Gravatar No, you should please pay attention. Your "Innocent Pendleton 8" are not innocent. The truth has come out, no thanks to traitors like you, and now maybe we'll see some justice for your murdering scumbag "Innocent Pendleton 8."

I was right and you were wrong. Suck it up, baby. Vote Democrat. Come back to the light.

Gravatar ...Sigh...

Nearly a month and a half later, and you still haven't managed to read my first response.

The phrase "Innocent Pendleton 8" in the title of the fund Kit Jarrell set up for their families REFERS to the families. IT DOES NOT refer to the accused soldiers.

Whether those eight soldiers are guilty or not IS NOT part of this equation. Kit did not set this fund up as a legal aid for the soldiers. Their legal cases are being taken up elsewhere.

She set this fund up to help the soldiers' INNOCENT families feed and clothe their children while the legal process goes on. Hence the title..."INNOCENT Pendleton 8 Family Fund".

Or would you rather go ahead and shove the families in the brig along with their accused soldiers? You could certainly try, I suppose, but I wager you'd have trouble getting past the MPs with that.

If you cannot be bothered to do anything other than try and magically transform my initial response to match your talking points, I cannot be bothered to listen to you any further.

Last chance, knucklehead.

Gravatar You have failed to diminish anything I've said, including ye olde "talking points" nonsense. The concerns I have are shared by millions and carry a lot more weight than a few "talking points."

Follow Kit if you want to, Kit is pulling your leg. Kit thinks these guilty Marines and the squid are justified in committing atrocities in the name of our country. Kit thinks these scum are heroes. Mayhaps you'd care to explain clearly exactly why you have chosen the poor, starving families of the Pendleton 8 over ALL the poor starving families of military who are trying to make ends meet?

On second thought, don't bother. You only want to lend credibility and legitimacy to the Pendleton 8's cowardly behavior by helping their "innocent" families.

You had a choice and you chose wrong. Don't focus on the scum, focus on the real heroes of our military, the ones that didn't get your attention because they didn't murder an old man in the dark of night and try to cover it up and hide their guilt.
