tee hee..."allegedly tortured".
Don't you love the way media use the word "allegedly" now? Kind of like Fox News puts a ? mark on their chyrons. You know, like "Obama a racist?" It's all about legalities.

The US State Department may be disappointed by the verdict, but I'm quite frankly delighted.
Oh - me TOO! Truthfully, I was freakin' surprised at the number of posts I've seen on this.

Hey - this was up at Democracy Now.
Check this shit out...
One of the CIA operatives convicted in the kidnapping spoke last night to ABC News.
SABRINA DE SOUSA: Clearly, we broke a law, and we’re paying for the mistakes right now of whoever authorized and approved this.
AMY GOODMAN: The former CIA operative Sabrina De Sousa also criticized how the US government handled the trial.
SABRINA DE SOUSA: I was assigned as a representative of this government, and I should have been protected.
BRIAN ROSS: But you now stand convicted, facing five years in prison.
SABRINA DE SOUSA: Mm-hmm. Yes.
BRIAN ROSS: That must sting.
SABRINA DE SOUSA: Mm-hmm, absolutely. It really is a sense of betrayal here. We’ve set a precedent for allies, foes, friends, anyone, to convict our officers overseas or indict them for whatever they feel like indicting them on.
"We’ve set a precedent for allies, foes, friends, anyone, to convict our officers overseas or indict them for whatever they feel like indicting them on."
What? Like the fucking charges were just 'made up', Sabrina? (If that's your real name.)

Just thought I would check in and see what was new. I have not been around in a long time.
Glad to see things are still good.
