Endorphins are most definitely related to mood. You don't think sex addicts do it for the fabulous conversation afterwards, do you?
So, if endorphins, also given off in the brain during orgasm [wink], help even out mood and alleivate depressive symptoms, how long do you think it's going to be before they start marketing an ecstasy/vigara combo as a mental health drug?

Yelling at the TV should be considered a form of exercise. I do it all the time. Pat R - there are no words - I think some of these people have foot/mouth sickness - where one's foot is forever stuck in ones mouth and therefore they speak without thinking. I am a housewife and I enjoy GMH's blog but he didn't invite me either... boo hoo. You know Renee is right you do resemble Mr. Peterman. Have a great weekend STB.
you are right about everyone down there carrying guns.. I have a friend in her mid seventies.. she has a special purse so that she can carry her gun.. whip it out at a seconds notice and no one knows she has the gun.. except for all the other old ladies with guns in their handbags..

If you can't walk, do something else until you can. Go swimming. Maybe you can ride a bike w/o causing your toe pain? Maybe go rent a kayak and paddle around a lake or the ocean?
I've gotten into the habit of walking the dogs every evening with my husband and friends. When I don't do that, I feel all out of sorts. :P
