It was, indeed, fabulous baseball. I still can't believe three home runs in the first 5 innings!
Hope you enjoy tonight's game as much as you enjoyed last night's. It's kind of fun, really, to have two central timezone teams playing each other. That way, those of us on the east coast know when to show up at the TV set 
THANK YOU! Bostonians tend to look at me like I should be murdered and buried in the Fens when I cheer for the opposing teams Because They Have Played GOOD Ball. Do I want the Sox to win (or in this case, the Astros)? OF COURSE. But Good Ball is good ball (okay, in lots of ways but you know what I'm saying here...)

yes, this is baseball at it's finest, and for all those of you who are getting your first glimpse of baseball, it doesn't get any better than this...
these two teams are absolutely deserving of being here in the world series, and neither one is going to go down easy...
not to worry, butler...andy will get the job done tonight...he is a gamer, and has been in this position many times before...
andy pettit, he of the smoldering eyes, will win tonight i am sure...

It's admirable that you can still appreciate good baseball after the team you love so dearly lost last evening.
