I heard that mooners did it because their nekkid butts couldn't be shown on TV--and therefore neither could *really* ugly things they were mooning, such as the Klan.

Honestly, I'm not too upset that this has the Klan's endorsement. It's sort of like damning with faint praise, isn't it?

And ConnieJane, *they* are calling it a "Christian Family Values" rally, not working with Christian groups. There are some lines they won't cross.
