that is very very cool. i used to watch gh during the luke and laura romance and scorpio and the ridiculous ice princess story line. good for them for going beyond the typical soap story.
i hope it inspires all those people who watch.

Such a simple idea for a way to reach millions! I would love to know what their web counter did after that! Hopefully it spun like an anemometer in a hurrincane!

That is really cool. I remember way back when I used to watch soaps, I remember during summer they would always have "youth geared" storylines.
I remember how they handled the bashing on QAF also. And the aftermath. That show was awesome, I wish it was still on.

I have to admit, I watch that damn show. It is about time they show what can happen to young people who are trying to come out.
A friend, wrote a book for teenagers recently, titled Absolutely, Positively, Not..... and on the inside pocket, Gay. He wrote Kiran's favorite children's book "The Best Pet of ALL". I loved the teenager book. It was humorous yet dealt with the issues he faced in a small Minnesota community. The author's name is David LaRochelle, in case you are interested.
Love ya,
Mary

I wonder who will create the first daytime soap with prominent gay characters? I'm sure it would be a hit.
