Ah the joys of office politics. I actually am planning on writing a piece next week about all the idiots, assholes and sluts I have worked for.
I actually ran into one of my old bosses the other day at the lounge of a swanky hotel here and she was drunk off her ass. When she approached me I told her to fuck off.
Hope all is well.
Keep well and keep happy,
Jon-Marc

Some folks just don't get it. Or weren't raised with the same standards. Or something. I once remember an acquaintance (since she was my son's paid babysitter at the time, and we weren't actually friends, I considered her merely an acquaintance) who - without asking me before hand, or checking with me, or anything like that - went out and bought my son a bunch of clothes and toys at a garage sale. I thanked her profusely for what I took as simply a nice gesture. Again, remember that she had never checked with me to see if I wanted or needed these items, she just did it all on her own. She looked at me kinda funny when I thanked her, paused for a moment, and then - told me the price of everything and asked me if she should just add it on to my next week's babysitting costs!!!! WTF!!!! Needless to say, we had words, and I told her to keep the stuff since I never wanted it or asked for it in the first place!

Working where I do, we have at least one of almost every type of persoh you could hope to run across. If you are lucky when you start working in a new area someone will warn you not to loan money to "so&so". I've found ones I shouldn't loan books or movies to as well. Thank goodness my audio CD's are mostly things no one else would listen to (except for one guy who borrowed some for his grandparent's 50th anniversary, lol).
Is there a way to "change teams"?

"Let the best man win".
She don't stand a chance.
Oh..she will rue the day she tested the butlers good nature.
I would not, repeat NOT want to be in that office when you turn her into the toad she no doubt is.

Why I quit carrying change:it makes it easier to rebuff both sponge-like coworkers and pan handlers. This way I can answer honestly and say "I'm sorry, I don't have a quarter."
She sounds like someone you do not want to deal with on any personal basis. Oy...best of luck, m'dear.

Well now, I already know the bitch doesn't stand a chance of winning against the butler!
Now you can begin to look back at how boring early retirement can be!
Welcome to the real world, my dear...
Have a great weekend~

This kind of co-worker animosity is bad.
Especially having to work regularly with the people you do not get along with.
Any way to mend this before it gets out of hand? Or has the Butler declared war at all costs?
No UN resolutions?

hmmm I thought I missed working until I read this. Now I am simply thrilled to be unemployed and broke LOL.
Sorry she is a bitch.
So, I have this "friend" who "bought" a stove and bakers rack two months ago.
He owes us 170.00 any chance you could get him to throw what he owes me at me?
I would be so grateful.
do I win?
