Sorry for your plumbing woes! If you think there may be a return episode, slip a couple of tablespoons of baking soda down the drain and pour some vinegar in after it every now and then; it makes an organic Drano to keep those traps cleaned out. Not nearly as caustic, and will work on a lot of things (grease, etc.).

I heard about the weather event. How did everyone do in the just east of 610 off of I10. (Close to Channelview.) That is the area I lived in some 15 years back.
