Two tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar in the morn in some water and a daiy Vitamin C chewable have kept me pretty good this year so far! Crossing fingers...

Or perhaps it's just this summer...? Lithus and I are both sick with summer colds so maybe 2009 is just an icky summer cold season. Because bite your tongue that it has anything to do with any of us getting older. lol
