#1 You were in the Peace Corps? How friggin' cool is that? Very.
#2 The video is SO cute. My son does stuff like that, too. Right now we're in the "let's blow raspberries as soon as mommy puts food in our mouth" phase. Good times, I tell ya.
#3 Thanks for the stroller tip. I'm also in the market for a lightweight, not-short-handled stroller (I'm 5'9) with a sunshade and good handling. And I want a bargain. I know...it's not gonna happen, is it?

congrats on the volo. I hope you love it.
the video of D was very cute. I was thinking, "wow, he sure sits calmly in his high chair and isn't a pain in the ass the way Juniper is" when he spit the yogurt back out. very cute, and also made me glad that my girl isn't the only little comedian in the high chair.
also -- he looks like a KID. Not like a baby, but like a little boy. When did that happen?

What an interesting life and many things I did't know about you.
You didn't cheat - that meme made the rounds a few months ago with only five items. I just found mine in the January archives when I was tagged, updated it a little, added one and posted it.
Inflation strikes everywhere - even memes.

You are one cool kid. Tho' the camping test was more squarely limited to the weird category.
(and it says... ? about me that I respect debaters? remember I went to model parliament, twice.)

I am quite sure that my second child was conceived in a tent, probably on July 1. How patriotic.
I love that video! And, knowing he eats like this - a replay for every mouthful - you let him eat *without a bib*. Brave mommymatic!
-25 is standard January temperature for my city. Does this mean I don't get to go to Poland?
Mommy brain? Not wanting to be too dreadfully discouraging, but my oldest is 20 and my youngest is 12...and I'm still waiting. Or maybe my brain was ALWAYS like this, but I just can't remember...

Wait, so does this mean my bugaboo is like, sooooo 5 minutes ago? (Totally kidding, I do not have a bugaboo).
Debaters do it orally? I want a t-shirt with that on it!!! Where can I sign up?

Ahhhh, high school debate. Yes, I'm familiar with the weirdness of it. My husband's co-worker/friend coaches our university's forensics (the high-falutin' higher ed term for debate) team, and they are an interesting bunch.
How cool that you were in the Peace Corps.

Oops, I am so slow. I will do the meme thing soon, promise!
Peace Corp in Poland. Sounds very cold and very cool! And I love the video, the ruffles around his high chair set off his grin so nicely.

I love the essay thing. I think that makes you cool, though maybe a little silly.
I am glad you like the Volo. Maybe I should take my own advice.
And I see the D-man's a fan of see-food?! (ha! I slay myself!)
