Was it The Siege? with Denzel Washington, that had just this idea. Test the response with small devices. Also the game plan for 'sucker' bombs.

I do hope you're wrong about your "dry run" theory...I'm more of a mind that it's meant to send a message to British voters. But all theories are valid when we don't know all the facts!

The building should have security cameras which might shed some light on when these bombs were planted and possibly by who.

Loved your post on "Irregular Times." I used to post my point-of-view quite regularly on that site. Some of those Libs are actually quite nice.
But I digress...
Not only should Greenpeace be alerted, but PETA needs to be involved in this. I'm sure some micro-organism(s) was hurt.

Hmm, it seems like from the news reports that the "analysts" are brushing this off. I'm not, I'm worried-- I think it might be a dry run, and I think it was terrorist. Just an individual making a statement? Wasn't that what Timothy McVeigh was doing? He's still called a terrorist-- I guess you have to kill people to be one. This is scary, and it seems like only a few people (like you and me, and some of the blogs listed) are taking it very seriously. I need to update my post myself about the UN worker caught loitering. >.

Amy - Post 9/11 this sort of thing should be picked apart and nothing should be ignored. When we start treating suspicious events lightly is when we get hit again.
