August is long-over, and there's real news now—like 1,000 (or was it 10,000?) people dying in New Orleans, and millions fleeing the Houston area.
Not to mention the fact that the Bush administration today negotiated TOTAL forgiveness of debt to the 18 poorest nations on the planet. This has never even been attempted before, let alone pulled off successfully.
The intolerance of shrews like Cindy Sheehan is no longer of any interest. To bastardize a phrase... The Revolution will not be televised—any longer.
Plus, they cannot blame Bush for Rita.

In typical looney liberal fasion, once the most insane rants no longer serve the progressive political pimps that have used this woman, she's left to resorting to whining about how nobody is listening, she can't get her message out, the people are being fooled...anything except to believe that maybe her message just plane sucks.
Cripes, is this woman self-absorbed. Fifty years ago she would have been ranting that the media should pay attention to her, and not this insignificant V-E Day.

Yes there are other things happening in the rest of the world like the killing of the #2 Al Qaeda leader in Iraq. More than likely he is one of the bastards responsible for her sons death.
According to her, the #2 Al Qaueda leader was a "freedom fighter". I am sure she shed a tear for him.
