It's not really a question of whether Chaney's got the requisite brain power. It's whether that monkey Rangel thinks he could be elected to Congress in any other district in the universe. I think not. Perhaps Charles Rangel (D. Mars)

He sprouts voices, and imagines things.....
He seems to think his voice is that of the "Public", but he is wrong, as usual......
Rangel is a dangle....and a force for remembering that those elected do not necessarily reflect the public, but sometimes the folk of one venue...and those are "directed" to their support by strange and often hidden agendas!

Rabgel has always been a racist. And he is not that intelligent anyway. Listening to him speak and what he says proves this everytime.
He's acoomplished nothing in government. And the only reason he's in office is because of his skin color and he's from NY. The only reason. Pretty sad that his legacy of his whole life, I got my job because I'm black and I accomplished nothing in my career. And he's nver called on it because if you do, you're called a racist.
Maybe someone should ask Rantel when he stopped beating his wife.

Cheyney left town because Charlie Rangel questioned Cheyney's health? Charlie is delusional.
Most of Congress & the White House has mentally ill people, whether conservative, liberal, black, white, dem or repub. Elected office is virtually a swamp for the uber-narcissistic.
Charlie's a cutie? Leave his eyebrows alone. It all goes with the image he portrays. Too bad he never learned the old saying "Tis a far better thing to Let The World Think you are a completely deranged, pompous, simple minded fool, then to open your mouth and prove it beyond a shadow of a doubt!!!"

Charles Rangel is kind of a house jester who always plays the fool. If he wasn't from a "safe" house seat I would suspect that his constituents keep voting him in for amusement purposes only. He is the best arguement yet to let a computer redraw all house district boundry lines.
Charlie Rangel sponsored a bill to re-instate the military draft, then voted against it! And he questions other people's sanity!
