Moveon.org even decided to photoshop their picture of the troops to make them look like US Army fatigues. In the video the guy is clearly wearing shorts, but on the Moveon.org page (like the photo you've got) it's the same people, but the guy with shorts miraculously has US pattern pants.

Dude, GOP and College is right! They photoshopped it to eliminate the shorts! That's unbelievable!

I would have thought the MoveOn forgery department would have wised up after the Mary Mapes Memo debacle.

The tea urns are also British pattern - what we call 'Norwegians'. The shorts by the way are not combat dress, they are usually worn by personnel at rear echelon, ie office staff etc as they are more comfie than desert combats.
What a cheek! I do love you former colonists but some of your people are rather TOO French in their attitude if you know what I mean...

" I would have thought the MoveOn forgery department would have wised up after the Mary Mapes Memo debacle."
I would have thought the MoveOne folks would have learned after Bush got caught doing the same thing with in a campaign ad (duplicating soldiers faces to make a nice fake backdrop). So which is worse, getting the nationality of soldiers wrong, or discounting the value of an individual U.S. soldier to the point that you would duplicate their faces in a campaign ad, as if they have no individual value? Which is worse, doing a photoshop job for shameless political gain, or doing it to stop a war?

Isn’t this an example of misrepresented intelligence? And Moveon.org
cries about President Bush allegedly distorting intelligence information. NG

How is what MoveOn did anything other than shameless political gain?

So right now on MoveOn's website they show a guy in shorts, not fatigues. If you look at the original opinion journal link, their image taken from MoveOn also shows a guy in shorts. Was there a point between the OpinionJournal link and now where MoveOn switched from shorts to fatigues and back? when?

Moveon has the short clad Brit in the video. They posted a storyboard of the ad on their website and that is where they photoshoped the Brits to look like Yanks.
As of this morning, they have removed the storyboard but left the video online.
Does that clear it up?
