Who the hell wants to live in Mississippi, not many people. they ahve been losing population for quite a while and can't keep technically educated kids in state since there are no jobs other then federal make work. MS typically gets $3 for every dollar sent to DC and whine about sending the money.

Chip Pickering waxes on about the coast but his district doesn't cover the coast.

Outside of the major cities and towns this is a third world country, I lived there for a couple of years and other then great barbecue, good seafood, and good hunting it is a pit

I would just like to say thank you to Chet, on behalf of myself and my family, for his wonderful comments about my home state. I hope he feels better, and I hope that whatever non "pit" state in which he now resides realizes what they have...I also hope their barbecue sucks. Regards from the third world.
