Hi
Globalisation is a good topic. The groceries,I buy,are manufactured by multinational companies, the supermarket where I do my shopping,is an international franchise.I buy my electrical gadgets on ebay , work for
a multinational company and was not born in my present country
either.Lately I watch Aljazeera Tv instead of the usual BBC,CNN,FOXrGreat TV.Better than the others.
It would be hypocratical for anybody ,like me, to criticize globalisation, when we contribute so much towards
it. I love the freedom that globalisation gives me. I have the freedom to watch porno or religious videos on the net, listen to rap or classical music.. etc. Obviously this will have an effect on my thinking and beliefs as well.
But there are negatives too.My girlfriend works for a textile
company ,that is about to close down becouse of chinese imports. In the
last 50-100 years ,hundreds of professions, trades dissapeared. This is
just one of those things,we have to live with.
The main beneficiaries of globalisation are the formerly very poor asian countries,China,India, etc with a population representing almost
half of humanity. The biggest loosers are the USA and Europe.Hundreds
or thousands of their factories moved East, and of course they pay
their taxes in their new country.Look at the development of Dubai. The
development there would have been impossible without western
money.Globalisation at its best.

In my opinion if process of globalization can be a little bit more friendlier and truly about uniting everything and everyone, it'll be awesome but that's obviously not the case here...
People suffer from it and people benefit... I guess there is good and bad in it but I still can't see what's more... I believe I need to look into this a lot more deeper

I think the little people lose.
A global economy has a bigger chance of failing for more reasons.
I also believe it leads to more war
