I know it's over now, but I always saw it from all sides.
I didn't like Schavio's charecter, and I felt for the family having dealt with the same stuff (much older member though). I always erred on the side of the law.
It is seriously flawed at times, but it is all we have to contend with. We can fix it after problems, but there is no way to forsee every obsticle in the path.
I'm just about ready to tear my hair out for some of it though. All the nasty lies and name calling (mainly from her parents and siblings) of anyone that doesn't agree with them (and their supporters).
You are exempt of course, you were very thoughful and thorough if not exactly clear on your point of view.
