Gravatar today I thumped Kelly (the 2 year old) on the head.

We were at the mall and the little girls had a cookie, and therefore, greasy hands. Mom went into a store and we waited outside. Both girls put their non-cookie-holding-hand on the glass window of the store.

Now, I know someone has to clean that window, so I believe that it is considerate not to smear yuck all over it. I told both girls to stop touching the glass, which they did.

Kelly then looked at me and put her hand back on the glass. She got the evil eye and took it back off. Mom walks out of the store, not more than 3 seconds has passed since the second time I told her and Kelly's hand is back on the glass.

So I thumped her thick skull and lead her out of the mall.

Grrrrrrrrr!

But I would never kill my kids like Katy did.... errrrrr... wait, no she didn't!

Gravatar ROFLMAO! Oh daym. I'm sorry, I'm a mommy too and you both just described so many different days in my poor little life lately!

Thank you both for some sanity in knowing I'm not the only mommy or daddy dealing with this.

Gravatar Ahhh... the joys of twins.
Or better yet- ahhh the joys of toddlers.

I've got a snot nosed one throwing a tantrum down stairs as I type this. Why? The handle on that damned drawing pad is stuck- the handle that erases. Am I allowed to help?
Ha!

Gravatar As much as I prayed, hoped, wished for twins with both of my pregnancies, the good Lord KNEW I was not woman enough to handle it! Hope your week turns up (or someone comes to whisk your kids away for a few hours!), my friend!
