You better go out and get one of those battery back up thingies like I have. (50.00 @ Best Buy) I can still play on the computer when the power is out and I don't loose what I'm working on. You plug the computer into it, and plug it into the wall. The battery only kicks on when the power is out. They are a must have in the storm/high wind ridden midwest.
