Glad to know the worst of it is over! In our house, Coffeehusband got it but still went to work as there were no other options for him at that time... and a day later BabyGirl got it but mostly just during the night and then by noon was fine.
That was about a week ago and so far so good... which reminds me, I have to lysol the light switches, the door knobs, bathroom faucets and remotes AGAIN! (Trying to keep it at bay).

Oh, and I don't know what religion you are, but I don't think the descent to hell is that DECENT! Yeah, I know, I should talk about spelling!

I was a single mom at that point in my children's lives. So, days like that I had to make my post on the living room couch with all meds placed on the coffee table. The worst part? The Rugrats marathon while sick and in the living room. OY!
WOW!!! That'd be my worst fears come true. 3 small, potientially destructive, very talented children waiting their chance to meddle-at-will as I lay dying in the other room!
When my older son was 6, he had a 10 year old cousin and a 4 year old cousin, and they were like siblings. I took them to my parents cabin for the weekend, with three other kids (Each had a friend) and the cabin is miles from civilization and no electricity or running water. I got very sick that weekend and could not even drive myself out of there to home.
After surviving that weekend, I kidded that I worried having rented "Lord of the Flies" as a pre-weekend training video had not been the smartest thing I'd ever done!
(and BTW, the kids survived quite nicely on candy bars, coke and pudding...)

You're lucky. My kid would have either burned the house down or thrown a party!

Damn Katy! I hope you feel better soon. Glad they didn't paint the walls...well at least not where you could see from your run from bedroom to toilet!
