I have been known to visit sites of those I despise simply because I want to read about the drivel in their lives. Ok, so that is probably pointless on my part (and a complete waste of my time)...but yes, I do it.
yeah - what I said above plus that it's kind of like a car wreck - you don't want to look but you can't help it. 
I think it just means that yokeep your enemies close- you want to be sure they aren't attacking you.

Might be signs of an obsession more than caring. Hard to say - but the comment about car wrecks is a good point as well.
being nosey and disliking someone is a bad combination for me... I'm always going around to see people sites I don't like. A sick pleasure I suppose
